That stinks. More hours, more inconvenient hours, and less pay just seems wrong somehow. But having a job is a good thing.

That sucks. Unfortunately, I know of two people who've been laid off around greater Boston this week, so you may be among the lucky ones.

Not that I'm paranoid (they really are all out to get me), but I sat down the other day and calculated exactly how much I could afford to have my pay cut if it comes down to that at my job (sounds like we're okay for the moment, but maybe that's just corporate happy talk).
