here is what M said about the electronics shops (the first link is a listing, the other two are actual shops. info in Hebrew):

I have no idea where are such shops in P.T.
There are quite a few around the central bus station in tel aviv.

I'm sure some of the P.T. local shops there carries such items. It may
take a little time to call them but it might be faster than getting to
